Founder & Creative Director, JOSEF STUDIO.

Josef is a digital strategist, designer and founder of Josef Studio – a boutique agency specializing in branding, UX/UI, and high-performing digital systems. With over 15 years of experience turning ideas into living, functional products, he blends creative vision, technical precision, and strategic thinking.

A graduate of Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design with international training in The Hague, Josef works at the intersection of design, code, and user experience – building digital identities that are clear, memorable, and built to deliver.

He has led projects for startups, nonprofits, municipalities, and organizations seeking to align brand, function, and impact. His approach is direct: design should move fast, work well, and speak clearly.

In addition to Josef Studio, Josef co-founded KALMAR – a studio for educational space design working with schools and cities across Israel, and MECHADASH, a digital platform supporting individuals through divorce with content, guidance, and community. Both ventures reflect his belief in design as a force for real-world change – in physical spaces and emotional transitions.

Based in Jerusalem, Josef draws from the city’s layered richness – believing in honest creation, agile collaboration, and turning big ideas into meaningful, usable products.
